Headdress number 1

I've been making headdresses lately too because a. they are wearable which is always nice, and b. I really love using feathers. here is the first one I've finished, wish I had a photo of it on but this is the only photo I have. But basically it just fits on like a crown.

Making and Baking

So, with the semester nearly over and nothing much else to do I've decided to do two things: make art and bake. I can't decide which one I love more but I like to think I am decent at both. I'm thinking of making mini lemon meringue pies and maybe some banana bread. Scrumptious.


Drew this picture today. it is actually a design for a necklace that is going to be made with emu feathers, wire (either copper or silver), and chain. I love emu feathers; so silvery and magical. I think the drawing is actually quite pretty too.
